This is an educational, experience and research based class that focuses on personalized childbirth and parenting preparation. Fourteen years of helping families prepare for birth as well as supporting them through their birth and parenting journeys has given Joy a great deal of insight into what families need most to discover and successfully navigate their individual paths to birth and parenthood.

The goal of this class series is to assist families in formulating their unique approach to birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, early parenting, and infant care.
The classes will include information and education to assist in creating a plan for the birth you desire, in any environment.
There will also be a focus on how to prepare for and navigate potential personal or relational adjustments, to make the transition to parenthood easier and support your growth as empowered and conscious families.
